Pricing

Initial Consultation 
30-45 minutes

The initial consultation is a friendly and informal session where we get to know each other. I'll take the time to understand what you would like to achieve and explain how Solution Focused Hypnotherapy works. 

There is no hypnosis during this session, it is a chance to ask questions, feel comfortable and decide whether this approach is right for you. You'll leave with a clearer understanding of how we can work together.

Each Session
50-60 minutes

Each session begins with a calm, supportive talking therapy where you'll focus on the positive changes you are making/ want to make, followed by a brain explanation that relates directly to you and your goals. Then I will guide you into a deeply relaxed state (hypnosis or trance) leaving you feeling uplifted, lighter, clearer, more confident and in control.

£70 per session

 

Smoking Cessation 
90-120 minutes

The smoking cessation course of treatment is a one off session (no initial consultation). We will discuss your habit in detail, followed by an explanation of the neuroscience behind this habit so you can better understand it's influence, finally a deep relaxation hypnosis and reframe to address this habit and create a new future reality.
